MUSIC MINISTRY
Christ Lutheran Church is recognized for its dynamic, growing music ministry. Music Ministry at Christ Lutheran Church is centered around Sunday morning worship. We are blessed to be able to offer a wide range of opportunities in which musicians of varied backgrounds and experience can serve. Choir members are led by Dr. Daniel Long, our choir director, and accompanied by Peter Gross, our organist and pianist.
Tired of singing in the shower? Do certain hymns make you cry with delight or sentimentality? Come join the CLC choir. We are just a big old dinner group without the dinner (although, we do get spoiled with frequent homemade sweets!!) All are welcome!!
Sanctuary Choir
The Christ Lutheran Choir sings for the 10:30 a.m. worship service each Sunday and at the 8:00 am service once a month. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 7:15-8:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary. For more information, please contact Daniel Long at the church office.
Handbell Choir
The Christ Lutheran Handbell Choir continues to be an outstanding addition to our worship music. The Handbell Choir plays monthly during worship. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 6-7 p.m. in the Bell Choir Room (#203).
