GIVING OF YOUR TIME, TALENT, AND RESOURCES At Christ Lutheran Church, we believe that your time, talents & and resources are all gifts from God and what we share is our response to God's generosity. What we share will make a difference in this community of faith and in other people's lives.
How are you called to share these gifts in 2010? Each of us is called to share our joy in a unique way. We recognize the gifts that God has first given us through grace, and we joyfully accept our role and responsibility as stewards. Christ Lutheran Church needs all of its members to respond fully to God's grace by pledges of time, talent and treasure. Where could you give your time?
2 hours a week to teach Sunday School
3 hours a week to deliver food to the homeless
2 hours once a month to prepare communion
2 hours once a month to arrange altar flowers
2 hours a week to rehearse in the choir, or the bell choir
4 hours to sponsor a weekend youth event
1 hour to make a hospital visit
1 hour to take Holy Communion to a shut-in
2 hours a month to serve on a committee or church council
1 Hour a week to count offering
